We are the
San Juan Rangers

JOIN US!

We are a volunteer group of men and women who assist at Pagosa events. We help with parking, traffic, parade safety, answering questions, while providing an uplifting “public presence” at town events.

Now it's time to JOIN IN on the fun and good feeling of helping your community.

LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS! — For over 60 years, the Rangers have served the Pagosa community.

“With our crisp brown shirts, silver badges, boots and white hats, the Rangers stand out as a visible reminder of Pagosa's long-standing Western commitment of ‘service to others.’”

Who We Are

We are men and women who want to give back to our wonderful Pagosa community. We serve at events like the 4th of July parade, the County Fair, Trunk or Treat, and Vets for Vets Flyover.

We also raise funds to award scholarships to Pagosa High School Graduating Seniors, and support local causes like the Humane Society.

WE NEED YOU!!!

As we grow in popularity, we need NEW San Juan Rangers to help with all of the events we are invited to attend.

Here's the part that might surprise you: joining doesn't require a special background. We're looking for reliability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to showing up when it counts.

What's the time commitment? It's simple!

SERVE for 2 hours at 3 events per year — pick the County Fair, the 4th of July Parade, the Pride Festival… your choice! We will train all new Rangers!
One-hour meeting per month, from April to October.

If you've always wanted to ‘give back’ to our beautiful community, here is your chance to join the FUN and BE PART OF PAGOSA'S DEDICATED RANGERS!
